Booking and Payment

1. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure.

2. All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees

2. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost

3. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Travel Insurance

1. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all tourists.

2. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of belongings.

2. Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date of approval.

• Full refund of all payments made

2. Weather-Related Cancellations:

• Full refund if tour is cancelled due to severe weather conditions

Non-Refundable Items

• Bank transfer fees or currency exchange charges

Partial Tour Completion

1. If a tour is partially completed:

• Refund will be calculated based on unused services
• Administrative fee of 10% may be applied

Payment Method

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

2. For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the provided account.
